Warranty and Disclaimer for Night-Glo Permanent LED Lighting

5-Year Limited Warranty

Night-Glo warrants to the original purchaser that our permanent LED lighting products will be free

from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of 3 years from

the date of original installation. This limited warranty applies only to products installed, maintained,

and used in accordance with Night-Glo's guidelines and recommendations.

Coverage

1. Warranty Service

If, within the 5-year warranty period, your Night-Glo LED lighting product proves defective due to

improper materials or workmanship, Night-Glo will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at

no charge.

2. Limitations

This warranty covers only the LED lights and associated hardware supplied by Night-Glo and does

not cover:

- Misuse, alterations, or repairs made by unauthorized personnel.

- Damage due to weather conditions beyond standard usage (e.g., hurricanes, floods).

- Issues resulting from electrical surges or improper voltage supply.

- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality.

- Installation and labor costs associated with replacement or repair of covered components.

3. Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact Night-Glo with proof of purchase and a detailed

description of the issue. Night-Glo may require the product to be sent in for inspection or request

additional documentation.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly provided above, Night-Glo disclaims all warranties, express or implied,

including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and

non-infringement. The remedies provided in this warranty are the sole and exclusive remedies

available to the purchaser.

Limitation of Liability

Night-Glo's liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. In

no event shall Night-Glo be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of Night-Glo products.
